- • You have the authority to enter into this agreement;

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use our Products and Services in accordance with these Terms and accompanying documentation.
You are prohibited to:

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless a refund is expressly stated under our Refund Policy. If refund is applicable, subscription-based services will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We may provide updates or upgrades to our applications to improve functionality. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. By using our Services, you consent to the delivery of these updates.

All intellectual property rights in the Product are owned by or licensed to WAWLYN. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials. Unlawful use of our trademark, logos, or other proprietary materials may lead to appropriate legal actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory. WAWLYN expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive to ensure quality and reliability, the following user-related actions and scenarios are not covered under any warranty and will be considered the user's responsibility:
• Water Damage: Any water intrusion or damage caused by improper handling, exposure to moisture beyond the device's stated water resistance (if applicable), or use against recommended guidelines will be classified as user-caused. The user is responsible for any resulting repair or replacement costs.
• Hardware Tampering: Any unauthorized physical modification, opening, or alteration of the device will void any warranty. Such damage will be considered intentional and must be repaired at the user's expense.
• Software Tampering: Attempts to alter the device's software (e.g., jail breaking, rooting, or modifying firmware) are strictly prohibited. While such actions are unlikely without proprietary access, any malfunction or damage resulting from unauthorized software interference will be treated as user-caused.
• Other Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage resulting from non-compliant use, neglect, mishandling, or operation outside the device's intended usage will not be covered by warranty. The user will be liable for repair or replacement costs.
By using our Products and Services, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for maintaining the product according to the guidelines provided and that any damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized actions is not covered under warranty.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAWLYN BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Products or Services at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Products or Services will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your acceptance to our new terms will be required before changes may be made. If you agree to our new terms, you may continue to use our products and services. If not, your use of our products and services may be discontinued.
